Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Publicover Media ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") may issue refunds for advertising and content creation services.
By purchasing services from Publicover Media, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. 30 Calendar Day Refund Window
Clients may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days of the original payment date.
To qualify for a refund:

The request must be submitted in writing within 30 calendar days of payment

The request must be sent via email or written communication
Refund requests submitted after fourteen calendar days from the payment date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. After 30 Calendar Days
After thirty calendar days from payment:

All payments become non refundable

Services are considered fully committed
• No refunds will be issued regardless of project status
4. Subscription or Monthly Services
For recurring monthly services:

Refunds apply only to the initial payment within 30 calendar days

Subsequent billing cycles are non refundable once charged
• Clients must cancel prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days depending on the payment provider
• Transaction fees may be deducted where applicable
6. Payment Processor
All payments are securely processed using Wix Payments. Approved refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at checkout.
7. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Publicover Media prior to initiating a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting Publicover Media first may result in:

Immediate termination of services

Permanent refusal of future services

Collection action for completed work
8. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing advertising or content creation services from Publicover Media, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
