Common questions.

How far in advance should I book?

For standard transfers, 24–48 hours is ideal. For weddings, large groups, or custom experiences, we recommend 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred vehicle and driver. Last-minute requests are accommodated based on availability — call us directly for same-day or next-day needs.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor your flight in real time. If your arrival time changes, your driver adjusts automatically. You will never arrive to find an empty curb — we track every leg of your journey from wheels-up to wheels-down. No additional charge for flight delay adjustments.

Are your drivers background-checked?

Every ONYX driver undergoes a federal background check, DMV record review, and in-person vetting before their first assignment. Drivers are trained in defensive driving, client discretion, and vehicle presentation standards. We carry full commercial vehicle insurance on every booking.

Can I request a specific vehicle?

Yes. All five fleet vehicles are available for direct reservation. If your preferred vehicle is already booked on your date, we will notify you immediately and recommend the best available alternative. Vehicle upgrades are occasionally available at no additional charge when requested in advance.

Do you serve destinations outside Scottsdale?

We service the entire state of Arizona. Regular routes include Scottsdale to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Tucson, and all Arizona wine regions. Out-of-state transfers are available upon request — contact us directly for pricing on long-haul charters.

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard cancellations made 24+ hours before the transfer are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. For multi-day charters and event bookings, a separate cancellation schedule applies and will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
